Discovery Call
This is free of charge and free of commitment.
So, if you're ready to bring your A-game, leave the excuses at the door, and have a blast while doing it, then let’s make this happen.
After our discovery call, you'll be strutting out of here with more confidence than a peacock in mating season.
1:1 Coaching
You and me, one-on-one, ready to kick some butt and take some names. As soon as you hop on the call, I'm not just your coach; I'm your cheerleader, tough-love bestie, and accountability partner, all rolled into one fabulous package.
All potential clients will receive a 30 min discovery coaching session, free of charge. If we are a good fit and you choose to continue we can use one of the following packages.

Packages

Individual sessions as needed. Scheduled at least 3 days before the session. Individuals: $111 per session. Couples: $133 per session.

Contract renewed monthly. A minimum of 4 sessions a month commitment is required.
Individuals: $97 per session. Couples: $122 per session.

Weekly sessions for three months. A minimum commitment of 7 sessions is required.
Individuals: $87 per session.
Couples: $102 per session.
